For those booking for a child, please enter your own information first and then add the details of the child under the option to add a family member.

Our fees are £70, with a sliding scale for those on low household income.

Payment is by cash, cheque or bank transfer (BACS) only, payable on day of treatment.

Cancellations

The practice operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. There will be absolutely no charge if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, as long as 24 hours’ notice is given, failing which the full fee is payable.
